Billing & Insurance
Turner Round Speech Therapy is an out-of-network provider which means we do not accept insurance. Payment for services is the sole responsibility of the patient/family. We do accept HSA and FSA cards for payment. Superbills may be provided upon request and can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Our service rates are as follows:
2-hour evaluation (feeding/swallowing): $300
1.5-hour evaluation (speech/language): $200
1-hour treatment session: $95
45-minute treatment session: $80
30-minute treatment session: $65 15-minute screening (speech/language): $15

No, Turner Round Speech Therapy is not currently in-network with any insurance providers. Payment for services is the sole responsibility of the patient/family.

No. Because I am private pay only, I do not require a physician referral.

Yes. I charge $.75 per mile traveled from my clinic.

No, I require a parent/caregiver to remain on the premises while therapy is in session. This can be in the therapy room, in my outside waiting area, or in your car.

Yes! School-based speech therapy can look very different than private speech therapy. We like to connect with your child's school-based SLP to provide a team-based, collaborative approach.

Typically, clients come once or twice per week to speech therapy, depending on their needs.

I do not offer free in-person screenings, but I do offer a free phone consultation. This way, parents can share concerns to determine if an evaluation is warranted.
